The second season of the American horror/sci-fi drama web television series Stranger Things, titled Stranger Things 2, was released worldwide exclusively through the Netflix streaming service on October 27, 2017.[1] The series was created by the Duffer Brothers, who are also executive producers along with Shawn Levy, Dan Cohen, and Iain Paterson.
In a flashback, Eleven wakes up in the high school on the other side, right after destroying the monster (at the end of the first season). After escaping from the other side, she goes to Mike’s house. To avoid the government agents, she hides in the woods. Back in the present, Eleven asks to go trick-or-treating, but Hopper says it’s too risky. Hopper learns that the plague has spread to pumpkin patches all over town. Nancy wants to tell Barb’s parents about her death, but Steve insists it’s dangerous. At a Halloween party that night, Nancy gets drunk and tells Steve that she doesn’t love him. Angry, Steve leaves, and asks Jonathan to take her home. Mike, Will, Dustin, Lucas and Max go trick-or-treating. Will has a vision of a shadowy monster on the other side trying to get him. Mike admits to Will that he is still trying to contact Eleven. Eleven tries to contact Mike but fails. Dustin finds a creature in his trash can.
Stranger things season 4 summary
The Duffer Brothers let it slip that after season 4 there would be a time jump, but it’s hard to believe after watching the end of season 4. After the tremendous battle with Vecna and the apparent victory of the main characters, it becomes clear that the threat has not been completely defeated.
First it is Will who reveals that Vecna is not dead. He is wounded and in pain, yes, but he is still alive and it is only a matter of time before he attacks again. Next we see that it is snowing, but it is snow from the Back to Front World that has already killed the flowers in a nearby field. Hawkins and the Back to Front World are joining forces and with that comes the great final battle.
Also, there remains the unknown of what will finally happen to Max, currently in a coma. She came to die but Eleven brought her back and maybe regaining consciousness ends up being decisive to be able to stop Vecna.
Most likely the wait will be shorter for the fifth, as the coronavirus pandemic was partially responsible for that long wait, but it should also be noted that each batch of episodes was more ambitious than the previous one, and that takes time.
Stranger things season 5
The premiere of volume 2 will be on July 1 on Netflix and only two episodes will land: one of 1 hour and 25 minutes long and, the other, of 2 hours and 30 minutes. The former may be in line with what we’ve seen in volume 1 (this one has a total of seven episodes), but certainly the latter is a blast that should be seen on the big screen considering the minutes it carries. The season 4 finale will be all over the place, but there will be more to come with the aforementioned season 5.
Watch stranger things without netflix
Will there be season 6 of ‘Cobra Kai’? Netflix has already confirmed yes, and we’re guessing it will once again sneak back into the top Netflix series to deliver action, comedy and nostalgia. This late sequel to ‘Karate Kid’ which, as we know, was originally conceived as a movie by its creators, has become one of the platform’s most successful series, and its fifth season has already snuck into the top series of 2022.
Created by Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg, ‘Cobra Kai’ brought back the characters of Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) and Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) to give them a new chance to shine beyond the 80s movies. And what we found were two totally different men who will have to learn to iron out their differences, leave the past behind and train a new generation of karatekas. However, along the way they will encounter obstacles, or rather, ghosts from the past: great villains of the franchise such as John Kreese and Terry Silver will return to haunt them.
